Alloyed Steel Castings

Alloyed steel has much better properties than carbon steel, which is being achieved by adding alloying elements. The most common elements are chrome, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, wolfram, titan, niobium and others. In addition, this type of steel casting requires thermic treatment (enhancement in water, oil an on air) in order to get the above mentioned, enhanced properties. Castings from these materials are being used as construction parts, mostly: gears, chain bridges, excavator segments, wheels and rotors, crusher teeth for the excavation of coal and country rock, for the production of parts for pumps and rotors, for the production of various tools etc.
