Castings from this type of steel are being used as parts with a general/low responsibility purpose for various structures in mechanical engineering and electric industry and constructions in all industries (various housings, rotors, frames, levers, covers, hubs, pods, rings, flanges, low responsibility gears, low responsibility chain bridges, carriers etc.). They can be welded well and are being used at temperatures up to 450 °C.
